hello, how are you? its OK you arent alone in this. i get anxious too. i used to smoke pot and use other drugs. i feel that maybe some of this contributed to my feelings/moods. but the problem still exists. the reason is because the changes have been made already. the next thing to do is make those chnages go back to the regualr you. you should seek help. from what you described it does sound like you are very paranoid. see a therapist. they wont put you away unless you are a harm to yourself or others. that is the only thing. as long as you dont say anything about harming yourself or others you will be fine.

Yes, definitely, I agree. Seeing a therapist will probably help a lot. And no, you won't get put away. You'd be surprised-- you will probably find out that lots of people have felt that way, and knowing that will also help you. It is true that you won't be put away if you are no danger to yourself or others, but if you DO feel like you are a danger to yourself, you SHOULD say something. Even then, your therapist will want to see how strongly you feel that way, and will want to HELP you with therapy / medication before ever considering putting you away. Just be honest when you go to see somebody. You really should try to take that first step to seeing somebody about this. Please take care!! Hope we have helped some.
