(IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I just feel I needed to share with the others in our forum something that was bothering me. We come here looking for help, sharing our most personal information that keeps us in depression. I always make sure I look through other posts and see if I can offer some helpful information that might offer comfort for others. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
It helps my depression when I'm able to offer a logical reply to someone in need that gives me a good feeling inside that I might have been able to help someone out.
I've been feeling REAL depressed lately about some issues that I've posted on this forum and nobody has even replied to them. Especially about the issue with my daughter. That has really been bothering me, keeping me up at night and I was really hoping to get some help with this.
I just felt I needed to release this before I have a major nervous breakdown. Please take this in the compassionate spirt that it is meant. I'm not trying to be sarcastic, I just need some help!

I understand what you mean about wanting others to reply. I've read all the rules/guidelines of course, but obviously the reason people come to a place like this is to find others who can understand what they're going through etc. It is so hard sometimes to know what to write - I've read stuff here that I;ve really wanted to reply to but feel I'm in no position to comment. It's always good to know that there is somebody paying attention though, I'm sure that being listened to can go a long way to helping those of us with the problems that bring us here. If that makes sense (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

hello Dusty,i want to tell you that you dont have to worry about what you post.there is no right or wrong answers here.if you feel like posting something then go on ahead.this place is for you to write what you think and feel.and if you think you share the same problems with someone then go on ahead and write about it.this place helps me out cause i can see alot of people having the same problems as me.and i can learn from it.and also this reminds me that im not alone in this.that there is others who live life like i do or similar everyday.
some people are in treatment while others arent yet.im not in treatment yet but i will be soon.the people here that post about their treatment teach me alot too.when i had thoughts of therapy and other things i can see others had or are doing that now.so i can learn from others.dont be afraid to speak up.if you wanna say something then do it.no one here is gonna judge you or say you wrote a wrong answer.just be comfortable.well im gonna go ill see you later

we can write our experience and thoughts whereever we want. If we restrict our thought to the vicinity of our minds, them we are atthe same place and the whole intent of being at this place is lost.
In my opinion, write what you feel and write what you believe in.
Happy writing. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Thank you jean for your thoughts. Don't that in no way let you or others feel pressured to reply. I know people out here are listening and it sometimes takes me a while to come up with good helpful feedback that they can use. And like said in other pots, there is no wrong or right post or reply. Write what you feel. I value all posts and replys so thanks to all. Look forward to helping more people not forgetting about myself (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
