Reputation is important in your field because reputation developed your own image. People know you because of your good reputation. Reputation sometime become a problem especially in youthful. But how to handle our reputation in smart manner.

Start with an idea you were a strange and immature individual: You are not similar to the conservative crowd or if you talk too much, behave like a child, your dress is totally different from others and you have a dissimilar estimation, dissimilar view, you think differently than the others. If you are really an immature reputation then do not take any tension. The people who really honest with you then start speaking with then. Please do not think about those people who refuse you and avoid what they saying about you.

Recognize your past behavior: If you have confident then tell them who said that you are wrong because once you have confirmed them, you can place it in the past and move on.

Correct them if they refer to you in the same old way: Please do not get angry when they told you, laugh on you or saying you that you are immature person then tell them you are right and ask them confidently that what is wrong because you are responsible person.
