How to Get Rid of Co-Workers?

It is very difficult task to deal with your co-worker. You must be very careful when you will deal with him. Firstly try to understand his problem.Why he misbehaves with you ? is there any problems in his life? Is he unsatisfied with the job? is he think that work is not related to his qualification? Where he is coming from? If you are not possible to handle him go to your boss. Discuss your problem with him and try to find out solution on your problem.

Co-worker bullies

Bullying workers are common in all over world. They are always afraid. Such types of people are always in depression. They the people who are talented in their work. Such people are esteemed by management. If you want to do job in your workplace you have to face such people. Try to meet him/her privately and ask why he/she is misbehaving with you. He/she will try to tease you in many ways. she/he will try another tactic like talking about you within earshot. She/he will rag about you with co-worker, don't react in such situation. It will be bad impression of yours in your workplace. Try to behave in another way. Document every instance when you are insulted. Tell him/her to change the behavior or give a complaint to your HR manager. It is a silent epidemic. Don't listen bully's lies. Testify the person being bullied. Stop the poisoning or everyone will fear. If someone is target of bully He/she become victim repeatedly. Force your another co-worker to talk about bully, what they all see and know about his/her behavior.

If no one in your office has taken any action on such kind of people then it is better to search for another job. Try to give him lot of task to complete. If you don't have any option to do this job try to leveling with bully. Ignore the antics of bully.
