What Should I go for Facial Hair Removal?

Facial Hairs are tiny unwanted hairs on face mainly in the area of upper lip, chin or area between eyebrows. Almost all the women’s want to get rid of this facial hair to enhance their beauty. Various techniques are available to remove facial hairs you can select any of them which suits on you. You can remove hairs in salon or some methods you can do it at home also but it is best practice to do it from professional.

Temporary Facial Hair Removal Methods

  1. Threading - It is more commonly used method for facial hair removal. In this method by using thread hair from face are removed. Mostly hairs of upper lip, forehead and chin are removed.
  2. Waxing - By using both cold and hot wax facial hairs are removed in this technique. Various facial waxing kits are available in market.
  3. Plucking - This method involves lot of pain but it is cheap. Hairs are plucked from face and you have to do it regularly usually after two weeks.
  4. Depilatory Creams - Variety of depilatory creams are available in market. You can select any one of then depending on your skin suitability. It is painless method.
  5. Bleaching - Bleaching actually does not remove facial hairs it only lightens hairs so that they become invisible to some extent.

Permanent Facial Hair Removal Methods

  • Electrolysis - Electrolysis is permanent hair removal method which requires lot of money. In this method electrical current is passed to the root of hair follicle to destroy them and because of this functioning of hair growth stops permanently.
  • Laser Treatment - It is semi-permanent method which uses different types of laser to damage hair follicle so that growth of hair stops automatically. Hairs on upper lip and chin are mostly treated with this method.

Home Remedies for Facial Hair Removal

  • Take 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and 4 tablespoon honey. Apply this mixture in hair growth direction. Wait for 15 minutes and then rinse off.
  • Mix curd, turmeric powder and gram flour and apply it on face and wait for drying. After drying paste remove it by rubbing slowly.
  • Make mixture of 1 tablespoon of gram flour with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and apply it on face. When it starts drying you fill pulling and stretching of skin. During this time rub it so that facial hair also comes along with rubbing.
  • Combine 1 white egg, 1 tsp sugar and tsp corn flour and mix this mixture thoroughly to form sticky paste. Put this paste on face till drying and then peel it off slowly.
