About Shyness
Shyness is main problem in life, and then you are a lucky person because shyness is one of the easiest personal defects to get over. If you are shy, you just tend to keep away from talking or interacting with people as much as probable so as not to get embarrassed or say something that they may not like. Even if you may still enjoy their company, you hardly say a word while being with them, that’s if you even actually talked at all.
Prevent for Shyness
- Try to keep a smiling face.
- If you are like to stay indoors forever, so you make some new friends, change your state of mind as regards meeting new people for woe is unto him who has not an helper when he falls.
- Do not staying indoors all the time! Go get foodstuff, go to the gym, and just go for a walk, anything to get used to be outside and around people more often.
- If people come to you and they see you smiling, it makes them smile back. Now try it and see if it works, it will. Attempt some breathing exercises to relax and realize that worrying doesn't reap any positive results.
- Try to become happier or smile more that you are being fake, but that is not the case and also think positive or see the good in something. Eventually it will become second nature.
- Make you get out and talk to people. Remember, no one is going to bite you! Go out and take the world by storm.

- Dress well- have confidence.
- Do clubs spark up conversation there
- Speak up in class.
- Talk to different types of people.
- Be a good friend to all.
- Invite people to lunch, call and text more.
