Mysophilia is a paraphilia relating to soiled or dirty material.

Mysophilia is obtaining sexual arousal and gratification by filth or a filthy surrounding. Put simply, this is getting horny from smelling, chewing or rubbing against dirty underwear.

Mysophilia (adjective, mysophilic) - a paraphilia of the fetishistic/talismanic type in which sexuoerotic arousal and facilitation or attainment of orgasm are responsive to, and contingent onself-degradation and self-defilement by smelling, chewing or otherwise utilizing sweaty or soiled clothing or articles of menstrual hygiene [from Greek, mysos, uncleanness + -philia]

There are a number of variants of this:

• Pornographic magazines have long contained advertisements for "used" women's underwear.
• Some gay men find other men's soiled underwear or dirty training shoes erotic.
