What is Erotophobia ?
Erotophobia- Fear of sexual love or sexual questions.
Treatment of Erotophobia
Practised regularly (for around twenty to thirty minutes each day) meditation helps fight depression, reduce hypertension and relieve anxiety. Research also shows that concentration, memory and creativity are improved through regular sessions of meditation.
When starting to meditate it is important to find a quiet, peaceful area and to use the same place regularly. Some people find it useful to, contemplate an object as they meditate. Traditionally, a single flower or a flickering flame is used but it is entirely up to the individual- whatever concentrates the mind and helps to clear it of clutter.
