Avoid the person completely. do not give any call to him. do not chat with him. stop e-mailing and instant messaging.

Heartbreak is a very strange distress. It is exquisitely painful, and yet we cannot find an injury on our body. it is emotional pain. keep yourself apart from drugs and alcohol. Don't take more than the recommended doses of any prescription drugs or any over-the-counter medicine you have around. avoid drinking more than you usually do. You have to drink more water. avoid smoking, do not try it newly, if you have never smoked.
