How sleep is related to medical conditions?

- Clean up your diet
- Eat your main mean midday itself
- Avoid acidic fruits, vegetables, etc. in evening

- Check for presence of Ulcers
- Spinal Cord injury can land you up with Ventilator
- Presence of polio should be checked for sleep related breathing troubles as well
- Check for Hyperthyroidism
- Check what is causing Nocturnal choking
