There are times when life can become overwhelming and it is in these times when it can be helpful to have support and guidance. My role as a therapist is to help you focus on what areas in your life you want to improve and then to assist you in doing so. I can offer practical ways to make changes while helping you look at situations from a different perspective. I believe that therapy is meant to be short term; a place for you to focus on yourself, make life changes and then move forward on your own.
I work with clients of all ages through individual work and family sessions when appropriate. I also offer couples counseling for marital/ relationship issues.
