The retirement communities have different types of communities which are Active Adult Communities, Independent Living Communities, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Assisted Living Communities.

Retirement communities are always seen cold places. Retirement communities give housing and vocational places. These community contain certain types of age group. These retirement community have different facilities and activities.

The Active Adult Communities with fitness centers, golf and tennis. Adult Retirement Communities have interested in golf, tennis, swimming pools, hiking and biking trails, exercise rooms and a variety of clubs and interest groups.
