Chamomile Oil (Anthemis Nobilib)

Anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and very calming, camomile soothes nerves, insomnia, menstrual disorders and irritated skin.

Origin of Chamomile essential oil:

The Egyptians thought this was a sacred flower and dedicated it to the Sun God. It was used in ritual ceremonies and medicinally to stop fits and fever.

Chamomile oil - Description:

Chamomile species grow throughout Europe , North Africa and are often found growing wild. They have fine, feathery leaves with tiny white or yellow centered daisy like flowers. The pale blue oil is extracted from the flowers and has a slightly apple fragrance which blends well with rose, geranium and lavender.
