Cymbalta and weight lossIn MDD placebo-controlled clinical trials, patients treated with Cymbalta for up to 9-weeks experienced a mean weight loss of approximately 0.5 kg, compared with a mean weight gain of approximately 0.2 kg in placebo-treated patients. In DPN placebo-controlled clinical trials, patients treated with Cymbalta for up to 13-weeks experienced a mean weight loss of approximately 1.1 kg, compared with a mean weight gain of approximately 0.2 kg in placebo-treated patients. Cymbalta: Cymbalta sometimes used to treat anxiety disorders.
I HAVE BEEN ON CYMBALTA FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS AND I HAVE LOST ABOUT 20 POUNDS BUT I GO TO DIFFERENT WEB SITES AND GET FEED BACK AND ITS SO NEGATIVE THEY ARE ALWAYS SAYING THEY HAVE GAINED SO MUCH WEIGHT AND THAT I DO NOT NEED PLEASE HELP. - STACEY |
