  • Express your feelings and emotion to your close friend.
  • You have to make clear yourself that it is not your fault.
  • If you want to cry, do it.
  • Though you want to keep friendship with them, keep complete distance with them.
  • Think about all that things which you turned off you just found irritating.

Cut off from him/her completely so that you have a chance to forget him. If you will be in contact with them means they are always in your mind. Do not depends on someone. Avoid the person completely. do not give any call to him. do not chat with him. stop e-mailing and instant messaging.

Heartbreak is a very strange distress. It is exquisitely painful, and yet we cannot find an injury on our body. it is emotional pain. keep yourself apart from drugs and alcohol. Don't take more than the recommended doses of any prescription drugs or any over-the-counter medicine you have around. avoid drinking more than you usually do. You have to drink more water. avoid smoking, do not try it newly, if you have never smoked.

  • Write your feelings. it is way to express your emotions if you are unable to talk with anyone.
