Everyone wants their first, real, wonderful, romantic love will last forever. But many times the situation is not same it change any time because of some circumstances or some painful events. You've had a shock, and your mind and body need time to get over it.
Please don't get nervous easily because different people have different views according to their convenience. And at certain level this views are not match. But if you react patiently then you are able to handle this type of situation.
First try to understand breaking relationships it's not completely your fault. Many times your partner is also give contribution equally. Breaking off a romantic relationship will always feel hurt for both. Many times this feelings are hard to feel and also harder to understand. If you want to cry then don't forcefully try to avoid. Permit yourself to cry. It's horrible at the time, but you'll feel relax and much better afterwards.
Daily exercise like walking, running, swimming, yoga will help you to keep happy & healthy. Your brain release oxytocin when you are in depressed or in sad mood. So you can avoid this type of harm one secretion only through regular exercise. Exercise is work as meditation. Get as much sleep as possible. Share your feeling with your close friends or with your parents.
Try to keep yourself busy in such things which you like. Do activities like long driving, painting, reading, watching movie etc.
Write any thing what you want. List down everything you miss about the person and on the other side, write down everything which you will not miss. And then say good bye forever. This will help you to forget your past.
Take care of yourself. Eat your lovely foods which prefer you most or better you can try to make it at home. In this way you can build up confidence that you are not looser and you can live your regular life. Take life gently because it's a part of life and you can’t change so better try to accept it.
