What Is Bursitis?

Bursitis is the inflammation of a bursa. Bursitis is the fluid-filled sacs that cushions areas of friction flanked by tendon and bone or skin. Similar to air-filled bubble wrap, these sacs decrease friction between touching parts of the body, for example in the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and heel. Bursitis commonly outcome from a recurring movement or because of prolonged and too much pressure. Bursitis suffer person who relax on their elbows for long stages or persons who curve their elbows regularly and repetitively such as a guardian using a vacuum for hours at a time, can build up elbow bursitis, also know as  olecranon bursitis. Also in other parts of the body, recurring use or common pressure can irritate a bursa and reason inflammation.

Symptoms of Bursitis

 Symptoms of burstis is pain at the site of the bursa and beyond. The pain may be slow buildup or unexpected  and severe, usually  if calcium puts are present. No any  motion in the shoulder  is know aadhesive capsulitis or frozen shoulder. Common infection in this bursa.

Prevent of Bursitis

Bursitis can be prevented with a gradual buildup in activities, with limited force and limited repetitions. Stop what you are doing if unusual pain occurs. Try again later and if pain recurs, do not continue the activity that day.

Home remedy for Bursitis

  • Steep a cloth in mullein tea and put it on the affected area. Do again these process at regular time. To decrease pain and inflammation, apply ice on the affected area. To stop rigidity, apply lobelia oil on the affected joints. It is best remedy for healing bursitis.
  • Take some horseradish root grind with water and put in the small porous bag apply it whole affected joints.
  • Use application of the castor oil. Apply castor oil on the affected area and coat it with cotton cloths it provide releif from bursitis.
  • Application of ice use and apply on the affected skin area. It is the good treatment to bursitis.

Herbal remedy to treat bursitis using tree tea oil

Make a solution take sesame oil, eucaluptus oil and tree tea oil mix it well and rub on the affected area. keep massage on the inflammed joint and painful area by mahanaryan oil and neem oil. It is the good remedy to treat bursitis.

Natural remedy to heal bursitis using sandal wood

Prepare a paste taking one tablespoon of sandalwood powder mix with water some water forming a paste. Rub this paste on the affected area. And use application of sandalwood. It provide relieve from brusitis.

Tips and diet for Bursitis

Increase intake of calcium and vitamin B12 because their deficiency contributes to inflammation. Eat food that will provide plenty of magnesium e.g. leafy vegetables. Drink a mixture of water, apple cider vinegar and honey.

Put several drops lavender oil in the bathwater for relief spasms of pain.

Keep regular massage with ovil oil on the affected area.
