  • To decrease uric acid ranges for that eat cherries and cherry juice every day.
  • Drink water 8 to 10 glass every day.
  • Eat citrus fruits, berries, tomatoes, green peppers, and leafy greens which is helpful to collect vitamin C.
  • Drink 6-8 ounces glasses of fluid in a day
  • Take 1 tea spoon of pepper in 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of water boil it. After boiling dab this combination on painful joint.

  • Eat right vitamins it consist of vitamin A, B5 and E which are getting from fruits and vegetables.
  • Each and every day flush out your body to decrease uric acid and urine.
  • Eat proper acid like ascorbic acid is useful to redden out uric acid. To struggle gout problem take vitamin C is useful
  • to make immediate change in gout.
  • Take half lemon in one glass of water three times in a day. This is useful to reduce uric acid crystal.
  • Take vitamin C every day.
  • Take water in plenty to decrease attacks of gout.
