  • Use only sage oil, peppermint oil, menthol, chamomile tincture for mouthwash.

  • Eat fresh fruits and vegetable in their regular food.
  • They must consume a diet rich in fiber.
  • Keep away to take sugar, fruit juice, white flour, white rice, soft drinks and syrups.

  • Brush your teeth at least two times.
  • Floss your mouth after consume anything.
  • Keep away from pressure.
