What Is Obesity?

Obesity is has extreme body fat and another meaning overweight. Obesity is different type of organism overweight. Weight refers by muscle, bone, fat and body water. Symptoms of obesity comprise body fat and weight more than the ideal body weight.

Causes of obesity

  • If person intake more calories than he burn then the overload calories get stored in the figure of fat causing fatness.
  • Obesity is inclined to run in families. If your parents are fat then the children also show a tendency to build up fat. still the diet and lifestyle habits which are experienced in family also add to obesity.
  • Some disorders and conditions such as  Hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, Depression, and convinced neurological troubles lead to overeating which is change into accumulation of fat
  • Some tendency to too much eat in reply to negative feeling like boredom, sadness or anger. That is leads to obesity.

Prevent for obesity

  • You should maintain low calorie diet.
  • Keep on active. First thing to prevent obesity is to live an active lifestyle. Do simple activities, for example taking the stairs or walking to the store, for help extremely. Most people also enjoy going to the gym.
  • Join local health club membership can be a wonderful way to stay active and socialize with other like-minded persons.
  • Drink daily 8-10 glass of water.

Home remedy for obesity

  • Taking 10-12 fully grown curry leaves every morning, for 3 months, is you got beneficial in dealing with the problem of obesity.
  • Take a glass of boiling water, put in ginger and lemon slices. Steep for sometime and strain the water. Drink this mixture when warm. This remedy not only to be treat obesity, also control overeating tendency.
  • Eat one or two tomatoes, on an empty stomach, every morning. This is benificial in curing obesity.
  • Take a cup of water; put in 3 tsp limejuice, ¼ tsp powdered black pepper and 1 tsp honey. Drink this mixture regularly, once a day, for 3 months.
  • Take a handful of jujube or Indian plum leaves soak them overnight. Strain the water in the morning and eat on an empty stomach. It would be beneficial in curing obesity.
  • Consuming green tea has been found to be beneficial in treating obesity. You can also consume tea made from dandelion root.
  • Prepare a ginger paste and add a small amount to honey to it. Eat  this along with ½ tsp natural guggul. It would be  useful in treating obesity.
  • Take a cup of lukewarm water; add ½ tbsp honey and ½ tsp holy basil paste. drink this everyday, for treating obesity.
  • Horse gram it would be helpful to get rid of obesity. Soak 1-2 tbsp horse gram in a glass of water and leave it overnight. Filter the mixture the next morning and consume it on an empty stomach.

Natural remed to treat obesity using honey

  • Easy and effectual remedy to fight obesity would be to take 10 grams of honey, along with a glass of warm water. Drink this in the morning, on an empty stomach. It is effectual, the dose can be increased with time.
  •  Combine juice of half a lime and one teaspoon of fresh honey in a glass of lukewarm water. Drink  this early in the morning, followed by every few hours intake.This is also good for less obesity.

Diet and tips for obesity

  • Take in loads of cabbage in your diet. You can take its leaves raw or boiled. You should also make a vegetable out of it or use it in salads.
  • Take some fresh carrot juice, add a little water and churn it in a blender. Filter the juice and drink it.
  • Add French beans, jackfruits, grapes, figs, peaches, phalsa and guava in the diet.
  • Do not take too much choclates, icecreams, sweets and high food and alchohal drink.
